Jason Nikish
P. Eng., President
Mr. Nikish is a professional Petroleum Engineer specialized in fracturing services. Within this niche area, his experience and expertise is wide ranging and diverse, delving into everything from strategic logistical planning, technical roles, field operations, equipment procurement and development to team management.
Ryan Birnie
VP Frac Operations
Mr. Birnie has specialized in well fracturing operations for over 15 years. Prior to founding Element, he was a well fracturing supervisor with a major industry player and additionally played a key role leading a successful well site frac supervision consultancy company.
Brendan Nelson
CA Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Nelson has 15 years of experience in oil and gas financial management. As a former auditor with Deloitte & Touche, he worked with numerous oilfield services clients before holding positions with international start-up companies including CFO of BCH Energy Services, In-Country Director (Brazil) of Canacol Energy Inc. and Controller of BrazAlta Resources Corp. Mr. Nelson joined Element during its inception phase, helping to facilitate its rapid growth and allowing him to design and oversee its innovative IT platform from the ground up.
Ben Nowell
VP Coil Operations
Mr. Nowell has extensive experience in the Coil Tubing completions and the well service segment of the industry, holding various positions in publicly traded and private service companies. Prior to joining Element in 2016, he was responsible for the sales, operations, safety, and equipment design for several large scale multi-well pad completion projects in Canada and the US.
